I'd guess a bunch of people who washed out of frat rush were hanging out at Chick-fil-A (a classy place, especially if you go to some school like Radford or Clemson) and got a nasty idea.

I hope the kidnappers are found and given proper punishment. By that I don't mean a short sentence, sex registration and back to football like Ma'lik Richmond and Trent Mays (the Steubenville rapists), but at least a decade in prison, full asset forfeiture, and weekly probation meetings.

Marley McKenna Spindler, 16, was found on Wednesday after being reported missing on August 20 by her parents

She had last been seen leaving a Chick-fil-A in Myrtle Beach and was found in a shopping center parking lot in Charleston

After a police officer noticed her driving her car and questioned her, she told investigators she did not know she had been reported missing

She then said that she had been kidnapped by a man and sexually assaulted after volunteering to give him a ride home

She has now been charged with filing a false police report and she and her parents have yet to comment on the incident

It is not known yet how much money police spent in their search for Spindler, or if they will sue the family to recoup their costs
