They probably would have tried to make lizzie pay for the transcript he got by trying to bribe her into giving him the laptop back. It appears William Moreno is in-and-out of mental institutions somewhat regularly. Unfortunately they don't seem to be doing him any good. His parents are evidently able to recognize he has problems, but why are they are throwing away thousands of dollars on a ridiculous unwinnable lawsuit instead of better psychiatric treatment for their son?
