Fuck with them. Tell them if they call you again you will make an appointment with them, give them some phony address, and waste everybody's time. This worked for me with the refinance your mortgage people who kept calling. Never heard from them again.

Report these fuckers to the FTC. Just takes a minute. You can do so even if your number is not on the do not call list since they are using a recorded message:


"1. You may file a complaint if you received an unwanted call after your number was on the National Registry for 31 days.

2. You may also file a complaint if you received a call that used a recorded message instead of a live person (whether or not your number was on the Registry). "

This person Cathy keeps calling our landline and cell phones; this is pure harrassment and it won't stop in spite of numerous reports on various websites. Please do something about those losers who keep calling for no reason and have no respect for decent people who work from home, have young infants trying to nap, are bed ridden with cancer therapy, etc. Really, enough is enough.

They are probably not cleaning carpets - they are collecting information. The "previous customer" claim is a way to argue they made a mistake - hence they will not be penalized by the FCC for violating the do not call list.
