He adds nuts to his diet. Nuts are very good for healthy fats and heart health. He is taking supplements such as L Glutamine powder , Psyllium husk, and drinking whey protein shakes. Am I missing something? Sounds like he's eating a good balance of protein and carbs. I think he should be in shape in no time!
