CINCINNATI (AP) -- An unarmed black man was shot and killed on Sunday by a University of Cincinnati officer after he was pulled over for a missing front license plate.

These things happen all the time. The media is in full swing now covering stories which go along the racial divide.

Thanks to them and some encouragement from the Oval and others in "authority" an all out race war in not impossible at some point.
