Fairfax Underground
Welcome to Fairfax Underground, a project site designed to improve communication among residents of Fairfax County, VA. Feel free to post anything Northern Virginia residents would find interesting.
I did a swagbucks search on tinted windows and free legal advice while listening to police band and open carry laws while wanting to know Mike O'mearas opinion on all of the above. Also I like LOL cats.
One day at work back in 2005 I was googling for local restaurant reviews, and stumbled upon the forum. The arrest/ticket search caught my eye so I bookmarked FU. I thought the forum was seriously dumb, it was just a bunch of anonymous unregistered users yelling about stuff like "GRAVIS SUCKS DICK" or "RESton PEACE IS AN ASSHOLE!", so I never bothered posting for a few months. Then one day I saw a news story about organized crime in FFX county, so I decided to log in and get the latest scoop. And to my amazement- no one had started a thread! So I started one and people replied with some interesting info.

Actually Don's wrath brought me exactly zero trouble in real life. Not being able to post here for a few was a blessing.
If you go back and look, I am the first registered poster that still posts. I found the site when Cary put a signature with the site link on his Fark post and I happened to catch the thread it was in.

That would have been humorous if you were searching restaurants and the #1 Google hit returned was "Gravis sucks dick." Some restaurant that must be.

I think I'm second... I found one other that has logged in this year but he hardly ever posts.
I don't recall exactly why I came here or how I found the place... my first post had to do with the arrest search, but that was almost a month after I registered.
The GOP/picture guy is really the same guy who used to go by §, right? He's been around for a long time, he was posting here when I first found the site. He's a funny dude.

Yes, before registering I would randomly pick a name and use that to post something otherwise I would just read posts and generally lurk and smirk at the ridiculousness of it all.

why not? oh and I was watching the inaugural balls coverage with a friend and my wife and some roomates and one of the reporters slipped up and called "president Obama" "predator Obama" and we all thought it was funny.

Also, on the multiple handles thing myself my then girlfriend now wife and then roomate but still best friend or visiting family would log in and post on FFXU under different names and or my name but from this laptop which is the "home computer" etc etc. So really since the names were saved it could have been any of us

well that's your reality. I come from and attract a large community of smart asses.
I was banging your mom on my lunch break and Everytime she smacked her head on the headboard she said "Fair!" (bang) Fax! (bang) under! (bang) Ground! (BANG) DOT! (BANG) COM!(BANG)COM!(BANG)COM!(BANG)COOOOOOOOM (BANG)

Correct, sir! Picture Guy / anti-GOP, etc. / and § are all the same. I did register §, however I cannot recall the password I created for the life of me. I also post under a variety of anonymous handles that are either puns, sketch comedy bits or even old pop culture icons that only a select few may even recall (or get, for that matter). The only distinguishing characteristic is that I always capitalize the first letter of each word.
I find more enjoyment creating a new anonymous handle each time, but one of the these days, I'll try 1 of the 1,000 password combinations I might have been using back in the day. LOL.

Alias, I hate to do this, but I have to give you credit. The whole "Stockholm Syndrome thing" was kind of funny.
