I moved out the day before that lie of an unlawful detainer was filed.

One day (5/26) after I was assaulted I left due to needing to pack to get out. They actually gave me a 30 days notice but I left. The next day less than 24 hours later they attempted to have me arrested for trespassing, called cps (since labeled false and malicious closed unfounded), Pamela began with her sister posting about me here and filed the unlawful detainer illegally. She has continued to abuse me and Joshua. On 7/7/15 she was arrested (released on a summons) coming to Court to evict Joshua. She was removed from the podium by the judge because she couldn't listen and was utterly inappropriate in the courtroom. She is now being investigated for Bribary (case authorized by the commonwealth due to video/audio evidence of her ACTUALLY ON FILM making the bribe) in the same county, Joshua meets with the detective tomorrow for the threat she made and following through by lying to obtain the arrest. She is also going to be facing perjury charges soon enough, but don't believe me it will all show up on the court website once everything is said and done.

Well last time they dealt with my "bullshit" they found the person guilty of the crime against me. The time before that the judge was amazingly nice in PwC and dropped the charges before I even made it to the podium. Then before that it was the divorce that was granted to me, and the tax debt solely granted to my ex. Oh and the consent custody order I made the provisions for Aaron agreed his lawyer drafted and me and the GAL gave to the judge and she was very kind and happy about the amicability we had.

Next is the false charge procured after committing bribery and perjury that I was a victim of an assault. The deendant is one comment from my spouse or I, in any fashion (email, spoken word, call, text, comment online or otherwise) from Louisa filing harrasement charges. I really am not worried.

I got a speeding ticket, and had to pay court costs and I logged into the court system to pay.

So I thought it would be funny to see how much Megan owes to the court.

Not only is she SO delinquent that they have her marked as overdue (Seriously one of my tickets is 2 years overdue and still does not show like this!) But she has too many for the system to calculate!

You can only add 5 at a time and she has well over 20 in FFX CO alone!

Between Loudoun, Prince William, and Fairfax, she owes roughly $ 10,000. It's not just traffic fines, it is small claims judgments against her. She hasn't had a license since 2006 because of unpaid court fees.

You would think being convicted of domestic assault in Prince William last year would teach Megan a lesson, but she hasn't learned a damn thing. Multiple protective orders, evictions, collections, unpaid court fines totalling 10,000 dollars, she's incapable of learning.
