I have been posting on the website "Fairfax Underground" and have received numerous death threats from myself for several months. I have also alluded to having someone to kill me and have posted my address (residence) and my school information online. I have reported these incidents to the sheriff's department to no avail because they know I'm a lying paranoid skitzo.

I received three messages from myself stating that I was going to drive to my home today and to kill me. I also states that I was going to vandalize my mother's grave.*

Depends on the content. Its not like the Potomac News story on caan that eesh foolishly injected himself into. The Post is widely read. For them to take so much time on a story means that they believe it will gain much interest.

There is a much better candidate for pedophile. Megan Toohey exchanged text messages and had at least two "long conversations" with a disturbed 15-year old boy who then ran away from home shortly after. The relationship was not sanctioned by the boy's mother and she would like to see Megan locked up for it.

Your post is very confusing. The first suit is the stalking and defamation of his parents. The second suit is the malicious prosecution. There are criminal charges coming which could land him in jail for a year alone. Then there's the year he had suspended in the case of Megan.

Technically he's looking at possible prison time if he gets sentenced to the full year for filing a false police report. Once that conviction goes in, the suspended sentence one year sentence he has for Megan gets enforced plus whatever he's going to get for the police report.

Even if he were to get a suspension on the police report charge, he will.still have to do an.entire year because of Megan. It's very unlikely that he's going to get a suspended sentence for the police report though. Henrico is going to be so sick of seeing him in court and just put him away for two years.

Yes, he's going to do some hard time since it happened in two separate cases and there is much evidence from the magistrate themselves besides the posts or texts and other witnesses who are testifying to the fact.

If you get a suspended sentence and then get found guilty for another crime, yes you do serve the suspension.

They aren't getting him on perjury. The false police report is a totally separate thing. He sent death threats to himself in October and went to the police and they didn't believe him or take him seriously.

After getting the lawsuit, he did it again in Feb but went to a magistrate.

But if it doesn't work that way it won't matter. He's not going to get off on filing a fasle police report. He will get and serve the entire year.

He filed a police report for the first time he did it in October.

So that's not connected to the Feb perjury thing. That is a criminal charge that is being perused and with this newest discovery of him making the statements of having already gotten the death threats before the name was even made shows it was far more premeditated and malicious than first realized.

The death threats in October weren't in retaliation for anything. It was just him wanting to have Misery falsely arrested for no reason.

Desecration of a grave is a severe offense, in bygone days of colonial Virginia it was a "death sentence". If caught you will also be put in protective custody (if convicted) as it is a cowardly crime like child molesting and are treating like scum by the other inmates. And yet not one single one of those people did anything to Michael Basl, but Michael Basl attacked, stalked and harassed each of them for no reason. They aren't dragging him anywhere except where he belongs.

I question the disability thing. I know veterans who have no legs that go to work. Being doughy and soft and flabby is no disability.

Unless you are eesh and trying to mislead the younger members of the forum, you must be one of those newer members.

Otherwise you'd recall that Misery "claimed" (this is the internet after all) that he had been involved in some sort of accident that left one of his legs damaged. Also that an insurance settlement had been reached due to said accident. No amount given. As well, there was some medication mentioned (for the pain) along with mental anguish caused by the trauma.

Whether or not any of this is true, it's certainly truer than eesh's implications (much later in time) that Misery is mentally unstable, lives off of welfare or is an embarrassment to his family.

This is the problem with a public forum trial. All the witnesses have long since been run off by eesh and the newer members are too lazy to read the history here, yet are more than willing to apply their own judgments without any regard for the facts.

Lizzy is the one running people off here with her nonstop posting of the same shit and allegations over and over and over and over and over again. And the stupid screen shots that make no sense to anyone except her and possibly the person who sent them to her. I wish there was a separate eesh/lizzy/megan/miz forum section and they would stay in there.

It's not that difficult to get a disability approved. Most of the people here have enough mental problems with their autism/assbergers/bipolarisms to qualify for some degree of disability.

I feel that is a more poignant solution in the long run, filter posts that contain the words: Megan, MegynLynn, Lizzie, Monique, Eesh, Basl, Moreno, Katie, Eastman and make then automatically divert to said Sub-Forum. While Cary is at it he should title it "Unmitigated Drama," since this bullshit seems neverending.

That makes sense except it is coming from Megan. Megan is overlooking the most important fact, which is that she deliberately inserts her name into drama even when she has no reason to do so except to create more drama.

For example, Lizzy was having troubles at work and attempting to threaten and extort her manager. When lizzy was fired, she enlisted Megan to make an "anonymous" call to Papa Johns and complain about the manager who had fired her. Regardless of how much Megan protests that she has no power to get someone fired, the manager was in fact fired only hours after Megan made the call. It was no coincidence.

Another example is Megan posting on here attempting to pin blame on eesh for Caan running away from home, even implying eesh had harmed Caan or somehow caused him to disappear. Megan also made these reports to the PWC police who found them to be completely baseless and without any merit whatsoever. Nevertheless but following up on them consumed valuable time and resources that could have been used to locate the missing boy. Meanwhile, Megan herself had been carrying on a relationship with this 15-year old boy exchanging text messages and engaging in long telephone calls, without the consent of the boy's mother.

These two examples place Megan firmly in the center of the drama, which was her desired outcome. That allows her to complain about people typing "bullshit" about her as she has the satisfaction of feeling like a "victim". Congratulations.
