In Virginia the rights and responsibilities of past cases can be posed to the court as being owed to either litigant: meaning that there is a law in Virginia against PREFERENCIAL TREATMENT using the courts to rape some and award other for the same actions in the VERY same circumstances (which is left open for dispute though).

The prosecutrix in Miz's criminal case knew he was guilty as shit, but didn't have enough evidence to place him behind the keyboard.

Also, all these people saying the prosecution knew Moreno was guilty and the judge too obviously hasn't seen the transcripts. The judge on the protective order hearing grilled Basl so hard, he didn't for one moment believe Mr. Basl and it was evident.

As for the judge whom heard our case, I wasn't aware she presided over the online harrasement of the Commonwealth (for Basl) vs. Moreno. She seemed very aware of the background of the defendant in my case as a result of the prior case too. In fact everyone at the courthouse in henrico seems very aware of who Mr. Basl is and I haven't heard one this said in his favor from anyone to be honest. The judge was as stated very fair in her evaluation of the case and in my opinion more lenient with sentencing him than she should have been. Yes he has 12 months over his head but the commonwealth actually asked me how I felt about giving him a deferred disposition. They were not aware of the records in the Moreno cases probing his identity as a poster in a solid and concrete fashion. Even without these transcripts though he went on the record to the Potomac local as Eesh during the Sadler disappearance so he has publicly admitted to being Eesh. I was outside while he took the stand in his own defense but when e did cross examine me he tried to claim the photos were posted by me which I brought the DMCA takedowns proving they were illegally obtained when my phone was hacked into (which I have proof of too.) Basl then proceeded to claim I uploaded nude photos of myself on Facebook and they were reported, first this shows he was stalking my Facebook and second the photos never violated community standards. Basl also proceeded to act as though he never knew I didn't want the photos to never be posted. I showed the judge the pm he sent me quoting the revenge porn statute and that I needed to re read it because he didn't break any laws. He also tried to insinuate I asked for this to happen. This was all very immature on his part and not enjoyed by the judge or prosecutor. The person who took the private photos was in the courthouse to testify if he tried to claim anything about he origin of the photos. He also while I was outside directly admitted to posting them, to me that he admitted his guilt then found an appeal to be an appropriate action is dispicable. He also tried to claim I never went to police about any of the photos and only did months later due to his paranoid conspiracy theory between the Morenos and myself. This was debunked when I listed every officer, in what counties on what days I had gone to about specifically eeshs reposting of my nudes, his Facebook public figure page with my nude posted, his specific online harassment of me all cited from my name change petition filed in Fairfax court way before his arrest and all way before he had Moreno arrested in February too.
I also made it clear to the court the only reason he was in fact was arrested was because of the email he sent me on Mother's Day knowing I had a child threading to go have me arrested and get a protective order. This email he admitted to "memeing" the photo and sending the message (claiming he wasn't actually going to go to the magistrate or police) and his history of having Moreno glfalsely arrested ultimately lead to his arrest. This said me pressing charges isn't a petty action, me being at the appeal isn't petty either, he admitted he did this, he's told people he does this so people will kill themselves of have them murdered (ie the swatting of Moreno to have him shot to death,) I know in my heart he enjoys me being upset and feeling violated and having to talk about it because he feels accomplished. This said i know any judge and any hurt will see He evidence and nothing will change. It's just prolonging the inevitable. If during the appeal he refuses to amend the dates and asked to have it dismissed that's fine, I'll do what the prosecutor told me and go refile the charges immediately with the correct dates. This way each separate image (4 in total) can be issued as one charge per photo, the fact is despite my past I am not that person anymore, I actually have credibility to judges, prosecutors, magistrates, TV show producers and reporters and this in and of itself says a lot.

Further the fact that Kristy and Katie saw me at Mo's court date and posted humiliating things about and Joshua or told someone else to post them they now have shown just how abusibe they can be as well. I don't think that will look good for either when I take the stand to tell the courts what happened with the Basl witness tampering and then show the fact they posted/ or provided it to be posted.

Also, Thomas and I talked simply because he apologized due to one open case being abuse he committed against me. I told him I wouldn't push the charge or release his actions he admitted to the investigating officer if he just promised to stop harassing and abusing me. He did. He also had backed up all the evidence of Basl's abuse to me and real life stalking of me which I didn't know until he called to apologize so he wouldn't be blamed. Tj felt archiving everything he could was imperative since Basl was framing Tj for many things he hadn't done. (Ie the remote tracker user "_caan_" sent me in my message on here to hack my phone, which was not Tj but meant to frame him.)

I think it's ironic I am told I am a child and immature because I won't forgive people for abusing me on here. When I actually did listen to someone, Tj, to forgive them I am a percert and inappropriate and still immature. It's insane. Also, that I am incessantly being blamed for sending revenue porn of Stephanie to everyone I dispicable too. Stephanie herself "Current0bsession" via ffxu to tel me she appreciated me sending "the link to the page" to people who could get ahold of her and knew I had no part in it is also very hurtful that in helping her I again get assaulted with accusations of a very untrue nature. I never sent anyone a photo of her, I sent the link and told them to tell her immediately. As I've stated to her directly and in another post despite how I don't approve of her, her actions, and choices and ended our friendship on my own accord awhile back she didn't deserve to have someone do that to her, no woman does as a matter of fact.

Lastly, I posted the link to the papa johns thing. You all must be very disconnected with reality think me calling and telling them they need to see the libelous material written about that store here on this site makes me responsible for the restructuring of the store after is very ridiculous. They saw this site, they must have investigated or interviewed employees but they found probable cause to make changes and took action they felt was appropriate to whatever their internal findings were. As I have stated repeteadly papa johns corporate has a warning that the calls may be monitored and recorded. I assume that is a given that the call is in fact recorded so someone file a request for a copy the all I made. Otherwise believe I made a call to warn them about this, stating I've never ordered from there, complaining about this site managed to without any weight behind my name or call solely was the cause the manager (whom I now know was doing very illegal things there) terminated. Clearly that is not possible and not as easily done as people are misconstruing it to be here. I am sorry he was let go but it's just like everything in life every action has an equal and or opposite reaction, his actions ultimately lead to this happening. Much like Basl's action against me lead to his conviction that is currently in appeal. Just the same as I had to atone and work 2x as hard to be taken seriously given my prior poor choices in life and will continue to have to make sure I continue to have the credibility I have lately and not jeopardize it in the future.

So, when I'm feeling down, I just remember that and realize, it could always be worse.
