The cop killer is still on the loose. Get your facts straight.
Thank God that was a white guy. If the cops would have shot a nigger, niggers and the white liberals would be marching in the streets tonight.

the reason to wait for a trial on a red handed cop murder is ...

it might well be the cops CAUSED the person to be cornered and became violent

if cops started messing with you without a warrant and became violent shooting at yo from afar you might well shoot back and be dead to rights doing it

being a cop is not a license to kill by any means. they need to call "a big incident they are creating" unless they are shot AT / defending.

other than that if your talking someone who is known not to be a target of gov aggressions but is a criminal cop killer caught red handed: kill him

(these days if the cops are crooken the judge can be assume to be worse - so that's hardly a reason)

Fuck you and your bureaucratic need for jurisdictional proprieties. State governments can request Federal assistance at anytime.

If an escaped criminal crosses the state line, we and any other Federal agency can deploy without waiting for a request for assistance from the state authorities.

If an escaped criminal does not cross the state line, we must wait for a request for assistance...and that's what happened here.

Now Woodrow...you know if a man's on the Most Wanted List that any Federal agency may deploy resources anywhere at anytime to bring him to justice. And these men were on that list.

You had one thing right though...fuck that man's need for jurisdictional proprieties. We're talking about 2 dangerous men here...one of which smoked a LEO already.

My guess is Sweat is not "sweating it out", that he's dead killed by Matt as a hindrance to him . We will see.

As far as US Marshall's being involved there's a 1000 police out there and no doubt the Governor of NY has asked for federal assistance its a simple thing for him to do and the NY State Troopers know all the rules about jurisdictional issues.

It was a US Border Patrol team that got Matt and he was up near the border and fired on them with a shotgun. Its a good thing he did not kill anyone that we know of as yet , as he and Sweat had nothing to loose as there is no NY death penalty. I am glad they did not come thru here.

It was buried above in typical Fairfax Underground shit-tardedness but...

If someone is indeed on the Most Wanted list...the Feds can roll anywhere without having to wait for the state authority to request assistance.

No reason they have to kill a brother just because he's an escaped felon.

I agree. I read both of those white guys had a dysfunctional childhood. They were victims of a society that looks down upon white folks from broken homes.
