Not giving your name is a crime. If you have nothing to hide just tell your name. It makes things more difficult on everyone if you act stupid. What difference did this make for her? She was still arrested...

By the way she wasn't really fat she was eight months pregnant and they did slam her to the ground for no reason but it's still easier to just comply..

Oh damn I actually watched the video and the cop even said no crime was committed and she gave her first name and then called dispatch to report what was going on and walked away a few steps and said she felt uncomfortable and then she cuffed her for no reason..
