ISn't she a bitch OR BITCH

So today one of our Co-workers brought starbucks for me and my co-workers I work with. He works in a different department, and he brought 3 Starbucks for the people working in Men shirts section. When I arrived she was drinking a starbucks drink and then she started drinking another one.... Then I found out Brain brought the 3 starbucks for Me, Andera, and Monica. but Monica drinked 2 drinks. Isn't she a bitch? like maybe she might think "I don't dink starbucks""" WHICH IS NOT TRUE BUT STILL SHOULDN'T OF SHE OF GIVE ME MY DRINK BRAIN PAID FOR?

my experience working in fairfax (in past, over many years) is in %95 of workplaces there is a continual atmosphere from most employees even friends of "if you get fired, i look better". a continual atmosphere of people trying to do backstabs.
