The millionaire Deputy Sheriff who shot a suspect dead when he got confused and flustered in the "heat of battle' can lose millions in "Wrongful Death" suit.

Yes, even though the jury will be reluctant to give the scumbags relatives a lot of scratch, if this idiot faked his training, as it appears he did, they'll slam him, and deservedly so.

Sort of ironic for the gun nuts. Patriot trying to purchase an illegal fire arm entrapped by the jack-boot thugs and shot by a millionaire who falsified his qualifications. A veritable cornucopia of Karma.

I deal with scumbags like this all the time, guys who fork over big bucks to be named "Deputy Sheriff' and carry a gun. Sheriff's Dept is just a big coffer for riches, a kingdom... Never once will you see these guys work in the jail/prison itself, walking a tier, or sitting in a day room, it is all about details and driving around in a cruiser with their fat bellies.
