Of course they will. Never hurts to have back up convictions in case the first one falls through for some reason (ie. appealed). Plus the friends and family of the other victims still need a sense of closure.

Seems like a huge waste of money & resources for a case with sketchy evidence involving the death of 2 low lifes. Hernandez is never getting out of jail. Just let the families pursue a civil wrongful death action and try to get what's left of his money but I have a feeling the lawyers in this case have already gotten most of it.
