People in Mexico send out threats online using their own names all the time.
Sometimes they even hunt down bloggers and make examples of them and post the pictures of it online.

Me too...or at least allegedly used the cloned variation of the name not the actual real name. Misery wouldn't have made a new name just to harass Eesh. He would have used his own screen name or even something that can't easily be identified or traced back to him. It's easy to fool police or a magistrate who aren't familiar with how the web or this site itself works into thinking this was real.

This looks so bad. Being a user of this website for nearly a decade Eesh knows that people have taken the names of users before. For him to even go to the police about this saying that he actually thought Moreno was sending him death threats is a sham in itself, he of all people knows better. This was cut and dry retaliation for the lawsuit.

Caan just liked to get at eesh. And he posted under all kinds of names while doing it. There were William moreno posts out there not long before eesh got served, so caan was aware of the name and the eesh-miz animosity. Caan was here before I was and I was aware of the animosities. I'm not saying caan did it to set miz up, if he did it. But caan pulled a lot of the same shit eesh did online. And he got crazier around Christmas, and got worse and worse till he left here. Lots of threats and posting under other peoples unregistered names, trying to out all kinds of people, and his tactics started improving. He was learning to get around bans, wouldn't be surprised if he learned how to spoof names and phone numbers. He took a name i used, registered it, and telling me to message him if i wanted it back. He started hard trolling me when i never spoke to him or about him, though I can insult better. He used tracking too. A disturbed little fuck. An eesh in training. Again, not saying caan did it, but he should definitely not be ruled out. I really want eesh to go down, but its got to be rightfully so.

I have issues with the little shit, he does the same online stuff eesh does to other people. But I can't say for sure that it was caan, but I always imagined he was behind those calls to Megan. But then I saw eesh's PM's to Lizzie, and that made me question that. But not count it out. I never had a problem with eesh until he started his intimidation. I guess I had tunnel vision myself in assuming it was caan. But that made me pay attention to him, and soon as he left was when Megan started getting those weird voice calls. Like caan couldn't harass over the net anymore. Like I said, I'm not sure now, and its very possible that eesh is trying to set him up, but I can't count him out of it in my mind.
And as far as eesh trashing his computer, its possible. He did have more than one, as stated on here somewhere. But he doesn't appear to have replacement funds. So don't assume he trashed it.

Could be Megan if she's that savvy, but I doubt she would invest that much time and energy. It wouldn't suprise me if caan has a booger encrusted finger in this pie. He may be savvy enough, but not so much as to not leave bread crumbs.

Mo and caan exchanged PM's. She is not completely innocent in all this. Lizzie admitted stalking with eesh. Stalking is a crime by itself. She brought some of this on herself. Though that doesn't justify eesh's actions. I'm glad to see that caan, Lizzie and eesh will all be in the courtroom together tomorrow. They are all dispicable. It could be very interesting. The judge will not be too happy with any of them. Moreno is scum too, but he falls into a different category.

I contacted the proxy "_caan_" used today and got a reply as to the customer that is using the ip Cary sent me. I am sure it is an alias but it reeks of weird. This is the first attached photo. Someone in Romania is using a proxy in Italy but posting here. Next step contact the customer of that ip directly.
Second Cary knows I am making progress so he banned my phones ip. He also knows via his ISP about the irl stalking that's been going on too.
All of this is weird.

I brought up caan. I didn't aim to accuse caan, I'm not sure. I just have my suspicions of him. I don't think he should be looked over. When investigating a crime, all possibilities should be taken into account.
And that is odd that Megan's phone got banned. Especially with Cary helping her. Does somebody have the ability to access Cary's database? With a trial coming tomorrow and new, though possibly incorrect, questions arising, I find the timing of that very strange.

Caan didn't message me to get the name back. It was a post. I had a registered name, but with all the attempted outing, I quit using it. I don't read PM's, so if anyone tried to pm me, it would have been ignored.
But, I saw that Megan's registered name was hacked by someone a couple weeks ago, and crazy posts that would not have been from her were posted. So who knows if it was really caan. Anything seems possible

False alarm. Also I've never implicated caan in anything with the Moreno stuff.
Facts.
Caan was friends with Lizzie.
Lizzie did admit to me she told can about our falling out.
Eesh and Lizzie did befriend each other after.
She did give eesh my information and my current address.
She and eesh were together the night that fucked up YouTube video was made.
Eesh was almost certainly identified outside my house the night of the deposition this week. Their are other witnesses and josh said it was the same car from a few weeks ago.
As far as I knew Lizzie and caan weren't involved then Lizzie posted her subpoena.
I am not an evil genius. What I know I've shared.
My name was not hacked it was mimicked. The other user was "meganlynn" this not me.
I did sent Moreno all communication I had with Lizzie , her mom, caan Sadler and TJ Sadler (that is if they aren't the same person with two Facebook messengers.)
I have received many calls from a VoIP and logged them all, that has seemed to stop now.
Someone on my friends from Facebook was posting here in this site trolling me.
One of Aaron's friends on Facebook was trolling me too here.

I wonder what Eesh thought when he saw that screen name posted. I wonder how he feels now that everyone knows how much of a liar he really is and that the courts are going to be much harder on him than we ever could and that everything "Discover 2.0" has said is what's most likely going to happen only much more harsh and in depth. What defense does he have for going to the police without a postive identification of the screen name?

A discovery process brings all of this evidence up and a testimony just seals the deal, if it's needed. With what it looks like now, I doubt Lizzie's testimony will be needed with so many damning questions for Eesh to trip himself up with.

So we're looking at perjury, malicious prosecution and filing a false police report. This will be continued and Eesh will be awaiting for the lawsuit in January while in jail.

Filing a false police report is just a Class 1 misdomeanor and only carries a one year jail sentence.
(a) For Class 1 misdemeanors, confinement in jail for not more than twelve months and a fine of not more than $2,500, either or both.

He could also get hit with the written statement one too since that is always needed as well before the magistrate then swears you in under oath.
Then if he did call the police he would have the false report. However if he never reported it to police he would have this charge. Only the 1-2 counts from the magistrate of lying in sworn statement and lying in written statement. Both desperate offenses.

You would have to say you were in fear for your life to say that you took death threats seriously enough to have someone arrested for it and to get a protective order on them. Does this look like a scared man? A man who shows off his many firearms to everyone on this site is afraid of Mr. Misery?

Eesh may be classified as a first time offender, but when the judge sees lizzies PM's from eesh, the judge will likely come down harder. But the worst that will happen to eesh tomorrow is that he gets charged and gets a bail that he can't afford.

Look up the verbiage and what it is considered. Lying under a sworn oath makes in felonious in Virginia. Ask the senators that enacted this house bill and passed it into law. There is no misses more perjury charge in va.
Google "perjury Virginia law code" or "Virginia LIS database." This will show you the verbiage of the crime and the statutes needed to be fulfilled to make the charge. Also you can always amend it as in the photo I posted to different forms/ degree of the infraction. However, again all felonious in va.

Magistrates always make you write down the statement on paper then swear you under oath that the statement is honest and accurate with your hand up. This is where eesh is fucked if he indeed didn't have a confirmed identity from Cary, and Cary is adamant about refusing to release them without a court order. Trust me I know.
