Why was eesh never arrested?

After reading the lawsuit, I have to wonder why Eesh was never arrested for the crimes against the Morenoe family. Could the police have a "he deserved it" mindset? Could the Morenoes sue their police department in order to force them to arrest Eesh?

No grounds, on what authority? Because someone says so? Maybe no violation of the law ensued?

you can accuse people of crimes all day but without any eye witnesses it's hard to have someone arrested. this is why civil court is good. you don't have to prove beyond a reasonable doubt and only have to prove 51% that there is a chance that someone committed a crime. it's very good for the moreno family that eesh likes to brag about his stalking campaigns and left a paper trail leading right back to him. of course he knew the police could and would never catch him. but he never thought in a million years anyone would take the time or put the money up to sue him.

Sadly this is true, the most likely culprit seems to be Eesh, however we don't have any evidence directly relating him to the swatting.

The Vandalism is probably Eesh, he went to Moreno's household and put a note there, and later told the cops it was an attempt to "scare" Miz off the site. The Vandalism might be another attempt to "scare" him.

He can actually still be arrested if found guilty in the civil court. And if he's found guilty of these crimes he's been accused of he can still go to jail. Of the lawyers can't collect their money then they will go ahead and have criminal charges filed against him.

There's no statue of limitations on some of this stuff and the commonwealth, or prosecutors, police, lawyers, judge or whoever will want to make an example out of him and will. Look it up.

If the perpetrator is found liable he/she owes an obligation to the victim, such as money to compensate for medical and therapy expenses, psychological damage, damage to family relationships, and lost wages. The court can order the perpetrator to pay for non-economic damages, such as pain and suffering and punitive damages.

The victim can sue the perpetrator in civil court regardless of whether the perpetrator has been found guilty or not guilty in a criminal prosecution.

Have you ever wondered how a defendant can be tried in both civil and criminal courts?

Take, for example, the recent $3 million judgment against Arizona self-help guru James Arthur Ray. He is already serving time in jail after being found guilty of negligent homicide. The $3 million settlement was in response to civil lawsuits filed by some victims' families.

Civil and criminal cases do have marked differences. In certain situations, a civil case's burden of proof is lower, making it more likelihood that plaintiffs prevail in civil court.
