Frivolous lawsuit! They squandered way too much money already on the eesh farce . Miz needs to find a job and get out of that dungeon he calls his Mom's cellar, never mind dreaming of big bucks through petty lawsuits. eesh has nothing, like getting blood out of a stone even if he wins.

He doesn't need to get a job. He receives disability every month and his parents live in a $5 million mansion in Sterling. He also recently traded his Kia Rio for a 2015 Mercedes S Class.

What a fucking liar that guy is, he used to post how unfortunate he was, practically homeless, living from check to check and eating beans and peanut butter. He was a sympathy craver and a victim of his own created circumstances. He puts down Veterans but could not make a pimple on the ass of a guy like Bergdohl!!

From what is posted in the screen shot from the court web page...the charge is a misdemeanor. There are no preliminary hearings for misdemeanor charges in Virginia. Felonies only. So no...they can not sue and any Virginia lawyer would know this.
