Nope. Eesh had no right and no authority to go after Misery and family for any reason. If he brings that up at all it'll show automatic guilt. The courts will ask how he felt justified in doing so unless Misery was posting about hurting Eesh's own children. The right thing to do would have been to report Misery to the police if he felt so strongly about the posts.

No, that is irrelevant, however it might sway a jury, especially if the jury has mothers or has victims of child abuse, and mitigate the judgment. The damages could be reduced to a buck or so, if he wins.. No way will he get half a mil anyway you look at it, wishful thinking. He has a history of suicide posts, that may be admissible, to show his frame and state of mind, depends all on the judge. Don't forget the way people post here (against or for miz/eesh) the same thinking exist in the jurors. They may get a proeesh jury, the judge will point out the law but still emotions have a say. Whenever a Judge says disregard that or this, the jury still has it in the thinking process.

You don't have any understanding of how a jury works do you? None of that will come into play as Misery isn't on trial and a jury, no matter how much they wish, cannot be bias of either person. They have to go on facts and evidence.
Nothing Misery said gives anyone any good reason to do any of this to them. Where are you having trouble understanding this?

The Mizarenos might be claiming that they have developed a compulsive behavior syndrome as the result of harassment, an obsessive behavior malady associated with the persecution they are enduring. They don't want to visit this site but are under a mind control thing, people will claim anything.
