All of you knew that Misery was only joking, but you insist that his posts make him a pedophile. The following were intended for humor, and cannot be used in a court of law or by any police officer. If you want to say something, no matter how vulgar or threatening, if you add "I was only joking", no one can act on your statements.

That's not joking.

No one makes "jokes" like that, that many times.

Only he knows if he's touched anyone's child but he's done a great job at making others believe he has or really really wants to.

That being said, it still doesn't warrant everything that's happened or going on.

Flat out WRONG. Ever hear the famous line that you can't yell "Fire" in a crowded theater? It doesn't matter whether you are actually serious or joking when you say something. What matters is how reasonable listeners could perceive it under the circumstances. That is why TSA screeners can bust your ass if you make a joke about a bomb at the airport.

A couple has been arrested after allegedly setting a homeless man on fire with fireworks earlier this month.

On July 11, authorities say a homeless man was sleeping along the side of a road when he was set on fire by fireworks, which were thrown from an SUV.
