Oh yeah, malpractice insurance is very relevant to attorneys. Matter of fact, it sends up red flags when an attorney does not have malpractice insurance.


Though malpractice insurance is not required by the Virginia Bar Association, they do offer a handy search feature to see whether or not your lawyer has malpractice insurance.
