Biker Gangs

Okay. Hopefully this will stay on topic.
I believe anyone and everyone is able to purchase clothing accessories (correct me if I'm wrong) but let's say you buy a shirt, bandana, or a hat that says, for instance,"Sons of Silence Supporter". So you got your new item of clothing in the mail and you go out one night to a bar or some shit wearing that item and you come across a member of, let's say, the Hell's Angel's. What would happen to you?
I'm pretty sure the answer is simple..they'd beat the living shit out of you, I'd assume. BUT, you are just showing support for the other gang. You're not an actual member, therefore, would you still be entitled to a beatdown?

I grew up in a town with plenty of "real" bikers and I doubt if they
would do anything but laugh at the above scenario. They dont waste their
time or risk jail on some clown in a costume. This sounds like something
a 14 year old with a Mo-Ped would fantasize about.

A few friends of mine are into the band: Black Label Society. They actually have a "Virginia Chapter" (of fans). Some fans in the group actually get jackets and put the BAND's logo on the back. Maybe 10% of the fans are actually bikers.
The leader of the fan club was contacted by the VA Pagan chapter and told that it wasn't appreciated. Basically that Virginia was Pagan territory and they shouldn't wear the BLS colors anymore.

If you have a motorcycle club in your area and want to support them by buying their apparel then nothing is going to happen to you. If you wear that apparel outside that clubs territory you are on your own. I have worn Hells Angels stuff around other biker clubs and they have actually given me one of their own support shirts. People, let alone bike clubs, cannot go around stomping everyone that has a support shirt on. Now..if you run your mouth off and disrespect them than that is another deal.

You, obviously have not lived where this goes on. There are many biker clubs ( non 1 % ers), the oldest and biggest of which is 'Boozefighters'. Then you have your hardcore/biker gang 1 %ers like the Outlaws, Hell's Angels, Mongrols, Bandidos etc.
