The cure for hard poop is to eat at Tippy's Taco!

Too much cheese, so dip those chips in beans and salsa. (more fiber)
Problem solved. You're welcome. :)

Chemicals, such as artificial flavors make it a bowel burster.

Because they don't have a lot of fiber in them?

Males should be eating at least 40 grams of fiber per day or between 150% to 200% of what most nutrition labels recommend.

I recommend that you eat a big bowl of raisin bran cereal every morning, a couple bananas, apples and pears (unsweetened applesauce cups and diced fruit cups makes this very easy), put beans into your food whenever you can (like with chili), some green peas, a handful of mixed nuts, et cetera.

You can also boost your daily fiber intake with fiber-fortified foods. They're everywhere now. You can get bread that has like 5 grams of fiber per slice. The Quest bars I eat every day have like 17 grams of fiber per bar...

You can also take Benefiber every day and stool softening gel tablets.

Follow my advice and you'll feel like you're pooping flower petals and baby duck feathers.

You're welcome.

Yucky good info for the non IBS crowd. Feel free to comment in the food your bowels don't like thread, as you seem to be knowledgeable about bowels.

I've been asking that question all my life. Why is my poop so soft when my life is so hard?
