Because a sitting president does not like the pace of how Congress decides on an issues, gives that president the right to override Congress by issuing an Exec. Order???

Bypassing Congress via executive orders on an issue like immigration seems to overreaching with respect to the balance of powers and it does not seem to be Consitutional, IMO.

Executive orders are to take care of emergencies during times when Congress is not in session ... not to ByPass Congress to establish laws from the Excutive Branch through the stroke of a President's pen.
