He's up shits creek. I can't see where the Lexus initially hit or rear ended another car, it appears the Caddy was the catalyst.

The Lexus was stopped at a stop sign. Brucetina hit the rear of the Lexus and pushed it into traffic in front of a Hummer. KABLAM!
It's Brucey's fault no matter what he was doing.....texting, putting on makeup, or playing with his new boobs.
It's weird seeing pictures of that old lady the seconds before she died. There must be people with cameras on every corner in LA.

a few years back many "super stars" in California were complaining that the new CA gov workers were absolutely stalking them. not just allowing tabloids to extort them with odd photos. gov workers were trapping them in any lawsuit possible and bilking them in court repeatedly
