You've both always been so outspoken and bold. Please give us a statement now! Will you post your subpoenas online too?! Are you scared?! Do you regret anything and was it worth it?!

Yes sir, this is probably the only time it'll happen, since The Miseries have money. The Andi G. case Cary handed them over and they were able to identify some posters as her coworkers lol. Unfortunately for her she waited over a year to peruse anything. The Miseries are lucky this stuff was pretty recent. TheNorthman will be dealing with some major shrinkage for awhile.

Northman will be outed. Vexxed is mentioned once in relation to one post that provides context and is not accused of doing anything. However, if he gets called as a witness, then he will probably be outed.

yes and these two are going to be outed in the worst way..in court and have this tied to their own names but at least they won't be in too much trouble, well at least vexxxed, northman made it very clear what his intentions were, he's not getting as much as attention because he's too much of a bitch to ever post again

So you are saying that you/they will be calling vexxxed as a witness? Otherwise, I don't see his liability in the summons as a defendant or in the statement of facts.

Not correct. Vexxxed is mentioned in the summons, however it doesn't appear to be relevant to anything
