Liens, wage garnishment for upto 20 years, renewable garnishment after 20.

It's not going to be a "fine". This is civil, and he's looking at a "judgment", not a "fine". When you are the holder of a judgment, you have certain collection remedies that you can exercise. Yeah, and as the other guy said, you can garnish wages. My experience with that is, you get one check, and then nothing. You can garnish bank accounts and receivables. He probably doesn't have any, or, if he does, they'll be getting the $1.97 that's there.

I know someone that had a garnishment years ago. It wasn't huge, but when he got the notice that his wages were gonna be taken, he went to another job. Then did the same thing a couple more times. He eventually left the state to work. Went over the bridge to Md every day. They never got a penny in almost 20 years. Now, it was the state of va that filed the garnishment, not gonna be much, if any, extra effort put out to collect. Now with a private party putting the garnishment on you, they may be spiteful enough to consistently pursue. I don't know how hard it would be to garnish wages in another state, but someone might have to move state to state to avoid it.

I'm going on to my life now, but I wanted to say that I really was trying to help this guy. Lawyers represent lots of fuckups. Most of the people we represent are fuckups. As a fellow loner I can attempt to flesh this out a bit farther..loneliness does terrible, awful things to people if you let it. People that have never had to cope with true loneliness honestly have no idea of the fucking pain. Sadness turns to a deep, primal rage, the sort of anger that caused Cain to kill Abel. Biblical wrath sort of shit. Loneliness turns men into monsters, and in this regard I think Eesh held himself together better than many people could have possibly hoped.

My 2 dogs and my bird (African Grey/it's s so fucking smart, and emotionally developed just like a human, talks a lot!) make life quite enjoyable for me now.

just to clarify this is some other guy. I'm too much of a coward to swing on someone let alone kill a nigga. Though I do find war(spiritual,mental,psychological) very cathartic. In Eesh's case, I firmly beleive he could have benefited from a mmorpg or two, maybe a position of power in said games, that however illusory could have helped his anger and self esteem issues.

As luck would have it, I got this real arrogant peice of shit roommate named reed. Fuck him. Anyways I tried to raise the dead with this machine I created. Reed probably tampered with it cuz hes an asshole, but the god damn thing exploded and left me scarred.

I didn't take it too well, kind of had a little mental breakdown after the expelled me on account of the massive explosion in my dorm so I traveled to Tibet and got a group of monks to fashion me a mask worthy of my beauty. Those faggot monks, they put the mask on my face when it was still dangerously hot and now the god damn thing is stuck on my face. So, I've got a metal face, murderous rage, and a vague understanding of gypsy magic.
