God, how much worse can this team get? I keep waiting for them to hit bottom and they keep on digging!

With the bad economy, you have one of the best talent markets it years. Do the Nats pick up one or two seasoned aces for the pitching rotation? No. A big bat or two? Not really. I keep hearing about what a genius Stan Kasten is, but I haven't seen it yet, that's for damn sure.

The Nats have been going backwards from Day 1, and the Lerners have made it worse. The team used to have a great bullpen and fielding. They have traded away everyone decent in the bullpen and filled their starting pitching line-up with unproven rookies and guys who should probably be pitching as middle relievers.
