Can I cal the cops or the IRS OR someone

My neighbor has 3 kids. shes on welfare and she has an EBT Card. for Christmas I talked to the kids and they said they got about 4 GIFTS EACH FROM SANTA AND THAT THEIR PARENTS GIVE THEM GIFTS TOO. HOW DOES THIS BITCH HAVE MONEY FOR GIFT BUT SHE DOESN'T HAVE MONEY FOR FOODD? WHY ARE WE AS TAX PAYERS PAYING FOR HER GITS. WE COULD ONLY BE ONE GIFT FOR HER KIDS BECAUSE WE SPEND ALL OUR MONEY IN TAXES AND FOOD. HOW IS THIS FAR SHOULD I CALL THE COPS AND MAKE UP SOMETHING OR CALL THE IRS AND TALK TO THEM ABOUT TAX FRUD?

Leave the poor people alone.

Now if they're nogs, just call the cops and tell them they have drugs and guns.
