Break Up the Banks
Posted by: Vince(1) ()

I find it amazing that if things go along as currently planned at the end of this banking crisis we will still have banks "too big to fail". That is a crime...corporate amerika wins again! When Standard Oil of Ohio was "too big to fail" at the turn of the 20th century..they broke that corporation up. When AT&T got too big they broke that corporation up. We need banks "too big to fail" broken up now!

Give Obama time. He needs to stabilize the situation first. I am hopeful that at some point before the government relinquishes its share of these companies, they will have to divest themselves of brokerages, etc.

All politicians need to be pushed...they need a reason to do things..especially against the true leaders of the "new world order" everyone is so worried about on here.

While i dont believe in the "new world order"...we have already seen how these financial banks have our life style in their hands. At any time they can ruin us...while they get richer. I have heard no talk about breaking up these banks...we need to push.

Here's more on the topic...

Vince,

Why do you spend time on this blog? With your ideals, you would feel more at home with another group of bloggers.

Here, I'll give you the links. Now go away, take your other trolls with you (dono, wtl, mephisto, etc) and let the sane have a conversation here without your inane input.
DU
democrats.org
moveon.org
mother jones
michael moore
ffrf
buzz
curiuos george (now obama)

OH, and while you're at it, take a look at this again. It has some interesting thoughts to ponder.

No thanks..I just love it here..so much fertile ground. So let me get this traight...your idea is to have a single mind..a sinpgle point of view expressed here on FU? Sounds like mind control..sound likes you really dont believe in the the Constitution you referred me to. Is the only freedom to be defended to the death, the freedom to bare arms? Are you afraid of the exchange of ideas other then your own?

I bought 16oz of gold 3 years ago at less then $350 an oz. But that isnt the issue..is it! The issue is forming an intelligient opinion on the topic and then doing something about it. So concentrate.

Alias,
Keep up? With who? Ben? I'm getting kind of feeble these days and its
all I can do to change my Depends. On Trash Day I always put my
toxic assets out on the curb.

If you're serving shit, a silver platter is much better than gold and
I suspect you've bought into the G. Gordon Liddy ads. I am teaching
investment seminar you should attend. It only costs $100,000.00 for
a four hour course w/DVD entitled "The Hunt Brothers in Action".
Cash or money order only. No checks, IOU's, or "toxic assets" accepted.
