I am curious how many posters here grew up in Fairfax County? It's been said many times that most people in this area grew up somewhere else. As for myself, I grew up in Reston and went to South Lakes. How about the rest of you guys?

Grew up out of state and moved to the DC area after college. Ended up in FFX county a few years later.
It sure seems like most people around here are transplants, but I get the sense that alot of the people who post here regularly did grow up here.

Both my parents were transplants, and when I was growing up here it seemed like a lot of my friend's parents were transplants. But it seems like a lot of the people my age who I grew up with have stayed in the area, so maybe the trend is beginning to change as the area gets older...

I started out in Heaven, but had a disagreement with my dad and ended up establishing my own bitchin' realm.
I came to NOVA looking for a few deals, and business was so good I had to open up a branch office. I'm relocating my corporate HQ here in 2010.
