Hillary: "businesses don't create jobs", crowd of Progtards agrees

We don't even need to make shit about this stupid bitch. She just needs to open her mouth. From Boston, where the democrat is trailing the republican in the governor race. This will be a clip that will surely show up in 2016.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=PyUoCiWsTfI

Appearing at a Boston rally for Democrat gubernatorial candidate Martha Coakley on Friday, Hillary Clinton told the crowd gathered at the Park Plaza Hotel not to listen to anybody who says that “businesses create jobs.”

Don’t let anybody tell you it’s corporations and businesses create jobs,” Clinton said.

“You know that old theory, ‘trickle-down economics,’” she continued. “That has been tried, that has failed. It has failed rather spectacularly.”

“You know, one of the things my husband says when people say ‘Well, what did you bring to Washington,’ he said, ‘Well, I brought arithmetic,’” Clinton said, which elicited loud laughs from the crowd.

The goal of any business is not to create jobs. In fact the goal of any and every business is to reduce expenses. People are just an expense to a business. The goal of a business is get rid of people and their jobs as soon as possible.

Demand creates jobs.

Demand for what? C'mon you can answer. Demand for the goods and services provided by businesses.

You are correct in a literal statement that businesses do not create jobs just to create jobs. They create jobs to satisfy the demand for their goods and services (see above).

And no, the goal of businesses is not to get rid of people. Clearly, you have never hired anyone because you would know just how much of a pain in the ass it is to interview, vet, hire, train, and provide continuing guidance and oversight to an employee. No one hiring people is going to go through all that trouble with the goal of getting rid of that person. At least no one who stays in business very long.

Go back to your non-profit and live in your little bubble where economics and reality don't matter.

You are a simpleton and clearly don't understand business. It's also obvious you have never had a conversation with a business owner about their company. Almost without fail you would hear the pride they have in creating jobs.

You need to quit talking out of your ass and get out into the ral world.

The goal of every business that has ever existed is to make money. Not all businesses require human resources to do that, but many do. As for my business, I employee six people. That's six people who have food on the table, clothes on their back, cars to drive, and resources for their children because I decided to open a business.

You have an overstated feeling of importance. The idea that you are providing the food on the table is a typical exaggeration. The fact is those employees are creating value that puts food on your table. Undoubtedly those people would have jobs somewhere else if they didn't have a job with you...perhaps a better paying job with an employer who recognizes who exactly is producing wealth.

And for the rest of you small business owners....you are a drop in a very big bucket. What forces in the market place have driven employers to offer fewer and fewer benefits to employees? What forces have driven manufacturing jobs overseas? The answers are complex....but it ain't the plantation mentality management you all exhibit. Bottom line for any business is to reduce expenses. If you think the best way to keep your expenses down is to keep your employees that's what you'll do. The minute...the very second you can make a pennies more profit by firing an employee...that's what you'll do.

The only job you have created is your own. Your employees carry their own weight and you make money from their efforts.

You're a moron who's obviously never run anything in your entire life.

When you get out of school you can start your own business using your 'enlightened' ideals and show us how it's done. lol

So who's creating that other, better paying opportunity? Another business owner.

Actually, a business is usually more focused on increasing revenue. At certain stages in its natural lifecycle a business will look at reducing expenses but that's not typically a businesses' main directive.

But thanks for exposing your total ignorance of economics, business, and the real world. Good luck to you in your Utopia.

Hillary's right. Ideally, the government allows a business to employee people after carefully ensuring that the business will be operated the correct way and hire the right proportions of people and make/provide government approved goods and services.

It's called socialism.

This, overlooking the pennies exaggeration (there are exceptions, few however). Anyone who looks at that and disagrees is very, very deep in denial about how businesses work here in America.

"Ideally, the government allows..."????? This is exactly what is wrong with you elitist fuck nuggets. We allow the government, not the other way around. Fuck, it's so frustrating to know there are actually people that think the way you do.

No, they probably have real experience beyond just some ideology babbling and understand that the statement only considers one aspect of running a business in a very abstract way. Mostly it makes it obvious that you're clueless and talking out of your ass.

Your level of misunderstanding of simple microeconomic principles is truly staggering. Let me guess--you're a liberal.

Obviously. In Business 101 you learn that a businesses goal is to turn a profit.
To Libs, that means a chance to raise taxes.

Yes and no. Some employees are on the friends and family plan.

Consumers don't know what they need. It's the job of government to make products and supply the consumers so that they have what they need and not what they want. Without government we would be living in caves.
