I remember my dads shed and garage had some potent chemicals that smelled like they can fix anything

You take dried corn cob.
Dip it Kerosene for 5 minutes.
Rub that cob across your butt hole real hard for 10 minutes.
If you don[t get an infection those hemorrhoids will be like a well broken saddle cushion in 12 weeks.

Have Gerry or General Mahdi ravage your ass two or three times a day for a week and that should knock out the hemorrhoids.
