Fact 1 Joe Biden ran on his Biden plan for gun safety which would have allowed existing assault weapons owners to keep their arms if they registered them with the US paid a tax and passed background checks and would ban all future sales of the assault weapons new or used in private or commercial sales at the time the bill was signed into law which could have been in the fall of 2021 .If owners did not register them during a grace period they would then be illegal and any one found in possession of the unregistered arm prosecuted by the US from then on with the arm seized by the government which should have kept the arms in secure regional arsenal US storage sites after being check out by government armourers with rust preventive applied for long time storage as national civil defense arms that can be issued to the unorganized militia of the US in national disaster
Fact 2 Joes plan had many bad things in it that would not have passed , laws to sue gun makers by third parties , unreasonable red flag laws. It also had reasonable laws in it, mandatory gun safes to be used to keep the assault weapons locked up in , criminal punishments if adult owners allowed youth to gain access to the assault weapons unsupervised by the arms owner. And it had unconstitutional things in it , the tax as you can not tax a fundamental constitutional right and the non requirement for a chief law enforcement office to sign gun transfer paperwork to side step and not preform their sworn duty
FACT 3 These bad and unconstitutional items could have been fixed in talks with the GOP because at least 4 GOP senators would have voted for a modified reasonable Biden gun safety plan as the plan would not adversely effect lawful gun owners and stop the sales of any more assault weapons to anyone but military and police . The Democrats had the House and the votes there to pass the plan and they did pass a full gun ban in the US House only which went nowhere
BUT When JOE Biden became president he went in with the left asking for full assault weapon gun bans which went nowhere and Biden knew that , he wanted to make big splash in the news screaming for a assault weapon ban not to solve the assault weapon problem of mass killings
FACT 4 PRESIDENT JOE BIDEN NEVER TOLD THE AMERICAN PUBLIC A WORD ABOUT HIS BIDEN PLAN FOR GUN SAFETY AFTER HE BECAME PRESIDENT ! AS A RESULT THE HOUSE DEMOCRATS FULL GUN BANS DID NOT MAKE IT INTO THE SENATE AND NO ACTION WAS TAKEN TO STOP MASS SHOOTING IN THE USA

NO third party suits against gun makers Like sueing 7-11 for selling a soda and someone beats a person to death after grabbing the bottle with it , no laws against buying gun parts or ammo online these do nothing to stop crimes, No gun licensing or fees its not needed with instant background checks which is needed and that's it ! WILL DEMOCRATS WANT JEWS LICENSED TO WORSHIP AT A TEMPLE NEXT ! YOU CAN NOT TAX OR LICENSE FUNDAMENTAL CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS , NO FBI IN CHARGE OF GUNS OR JUSTICE DEPT THATS THE BATFES JOB WITHIN THE TREASURY DEPT , High capacity magazines over 20 rounds limited only to those who register their assault weapons otherwise standard capacity magazines that manufactures sell with the guns new allowed without registration
