This is a strange question.

Even analog clocks are basically digital since the escapement measures discrete increments of time. So there are plenty of times I have never seen.

Of course, this could be one of those strange English is an ambiguous language brain teaser things.

The "best of times" has not yet been seen.

Throughout history we have been plagued by superstition, intolerance, religious extremism and bigotry, not to mention hatred and ignorance.

After reading this forum and other comment boards around the planet I feel they may never come.

That would mean that you were literally just starring at the clock for 24 hours, I highly doubt anyone has done that, but it's possible.

bloody blisters has done a lot of acid, so it's very possible that he's stared at a clock for 24 hours.

Blessed are the murderous.

Ticking away the moments that make up a dull day
You fritter and waste the hours in an offhand way
Kicking around on a piece of ground in your home town
Waiting for someone or something to show you the way

Tired of lying in the sunshine staying home to watch the rain
You are young and life is long and there is time to kill today
And then one day you find ten years have got behind you
No one told you when to run, you missed the starting gun

And you run and you run to catch up with the sun but it's sinking
Racing around to come up behind you again
The sun is the same in a relative way but you're older
Shorter of breath and one day closer to death

Every year is getting shorter never seem to find the time
Plans that either come to naught or half a page of scribbled lines
Hanging on in quiet desperation is the English way
The time is gone, the song is over
Thought I'd something more to say

Well this is a pretty cool question and now I am wondering what if there is a time I haven't seen..There are 24 different possibilities if you count both am and pm but completely unrelated I like watching the time skip ahead an hour or go back an hour. It's happening soon!

Every once in a while, to account for the gradual slowing of the earth's rotation, a "leap second" is added to the clock in the form of an extra second at midnight by the International Earth Rotation Service (yes, this is a real thing: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IERS ). The effect on ordinary clocks is to basically make the clock stop for one second to let the slowing earth "catch up" with Greenwich Mean Time.

Actually if you break time away from date, there are 1440 hour:minute combinations (24 hours x 60 minutes/hour), assuming you do not move into fractions of a second.

Of course time is just a human construct based on some very localized astronomical observances.

When you put it that way, the answer is yes. There are times I haven't witnessed.
