It's very possible.
Jews view Blacks as too stupid to differentiate Jew from Gentile and thus believe that attacking Blacks will cause those blacks to retaliate against white gentiles rather than the Jews themselves. It's a calculated act to incite people against each other, to the advantage of the Jew.
It's probably a miscalculation on their part, but Jews take action based on their "religion" and their criminal nature rather than on any sort of rational approach to reality.
