Texas Man Shot To Death While With 13-Year-Old Sister Identified More Guntards

HOUSTON (September 29, 2014) Authorities Monday identified a Texas man who was accidentally shot to death while with his 13-year-old sister as Gregory Higgon, 22.
He was showing his sister how to take a gun apart at the time of the shooting, Houston police said.
Authorities initially said they believed the girl was handling the firearm when it discharged Friday night, but didn’t immediately say who fired the fatal shot or who owned the gun.
Higgon was taken to a Houston hospital where he died.
No charges were immediately filed.
The siblings were with a family friend at the time.
