3. she is a fucking pyscho bitch
ive had some pretty sexy ass gfs in the past but it always turned out that they were fucking crazy & very clingy. point being, beautiful woman that are single or with unnatractive men (myself included) usually have some psychological issues. which is why they are single!

I doubt this dude is rich. His medical expenses must be astronomical and will continue for the rest of his life. Im sure he has to take a boatload of meds every day just to keep his transplanted face from falling off.
Not sure what to make of her. Maybe she really does love him but I think a better chance she has some weird ulterior motive.

Your post title is incorrect OP. He has a face, it was being used by the original owner before.
