the farce allows democrats to merely point to a person with a finger and take money - and write a bullshit report which will be billed to taxpayer.
Democrats though have NEVER heeded the Constitution or Supreme Court.
The Constitution clearly demands taxation be fair and level, non-partisan, and by blood not the government "deleting" target political opponents.
But democrats have already been "pressing the delete button (and reset button)" countless times since Bill Clinton. It is their only known source of income infact.
