Film studio maybe liable for allowing LIVE real gun on set of the movie.

CCW or live guns are NEVER allowed on movie sets. CCW carrier is a KNOWN TRUMP SUPPORTER.

Live ammunition is not allowed on movie sets. Real guns are, for close up authenticity, but they must be unloaded and handled by a trained prop-master.

It doesn't look like blanks were used in this killing, which has actually happened before. Real bullets were used, which is against SAG AFTRA safety rules.

At Tombstone AZ a few years ago, an actor at the OK Corral recreation bought in a real gun for his skit, by mistake, and not the fake fun he was issued. He shot a fellow actor in front of a live audience.

When Penn and Teller use guns or bear traps on tour, they have a well trained person who is the only other one authorized to handle those props. Penn takes safety seriously.

Hopefully Trump decides to become a cinematographer.

It was a .45 calibre type. That'll do it.
