Who is Dexter Johnson?

So I get a call in the wee hours of the morning from (571) 328-8698......they only rang briefly, so I called back. The VERY young person on the other end of the phone was really nervous and started giggling like some kid, just barely able to say "I dialed the wrong number."
Anyway, the number belongs to a prepaid phone with Verizon wireless, assigned to someone in Annapolis Junction. Fortunately, Privacy Star let me know the number belongs to a Dexter Johnson. Going over to Pipl.com, it seems Dexter Johnson has had various military addresses over the years, specifically Air Force bases.
I can't put my finger on it, who on this site has made claims over the years to have an affiliation with the Air Force, who would be stupid enough to call me and have an OH SHIT moment when they realized their number would show up?
Someone needs to have a talk with their young son....

Took me long enough, this number eventually leads back to 3090 Covington Street near Pan Am Shopping Center. This home is a mile from the Smashburger where Eli spotted lizzie working, and nearby Luther Middle where Eli said he went to middle school.
It could just be a huge coincidence.

Using public records, it looks like the house on Covington is owned by Dexter G. and Hwa Y. Johnson, who bought it about 11 years ago.
There's also a DeStephanie C. Johnson associated with that address who's a PE teacher at Annandale Terrace Elementary School and on Pinterest at http://www.pinterest.com/sportsgirl63/. Maybe she was living with her brother before buying her townhouse in Lorton.
What DeStephanie C. Johnson's relation is, if any, to DeStephanie R. Johnson, who has an account on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/destephanj is unclear, but I'm thinking either mother or aunt.

Going back to the big baller comment, Eli has gone from claims of being an airman deploying around the world, to being an online poker player making big bucks, to being in the special forces, to being a hacker, to being a drug dealer.
He doesn't know what he wants to be, but he knows that he has a need to impress people on the internet, to escape his reality and who he really is. His posts over this past year have really gotten angrier, and he resorts to talking to himself, as evidenced by this thread edited by Cary.
