The (republican led) Arizona senate has lost a case in the Arizona Supreme Court where they requested to keep documents related to their "audit" secret.

Why does the Arizona senate want to hide what they are doing from public disclosure? And are we going to have to sue to get the results of the "audit"

I have no problem with this as long as it is applied fairly to both republicans and democrats (which is increasingly rare nowdays). Private emails between two private companies who are working on something for a government entity should be subject to FIOA.
