Like that homo above posted, recalls are really, really hard to win. And in a state like California, it's almost impossible to recall someone from the dominant party, especially in a state-wide office.
If anyone really, deep down, thought this would succeed, even without the vote fraud, they were fooling themselves. Without the fraud, it would have been closer, but doubt it would been successful.
