In some GOP-leaning precincts in California, 70% of those showing up in person are being that they already voted. They are being forced to submit provisional ballots, which, at best, will cancel out the fraudulent mail in ballot that was illegally submitted.

This is how libs win. This is the only way they can win. Trump won California and New York too. Xiden got about 35 million real votes.
