Mostly correct, but it was Megan who cheated first. Megan and Janine hooked up and stared a gay sex relationship, then Josh joined in.

The sad part is that Josh is sitting in jail doing time for Megan's traffic offenses but he can't admit he was not the driver now lest he be charged with perjury. When he gets out, hopefully Megan will have moved on to her next victim and Josh can live peacefully with Janine and whatever new boyfriend he made in jail.

A single movie could never do justice to the story. There's enough material in the MizLizeeshMegan saga to make several seasons of an HBO or Netflix drama series. Janine is just another character albeit one with some fan appeal. In fact the there's enough material with Megan alone, but all the characters are intertwined. Just consider all the Seth Comstock/Megan/Stephanie/Lizzie/Miz/peep connections. In written form it could fill an entire bookshelf. Think Balzac's La Comédie humaine, times 10.

I find it highly interesting that Seth Comstock is linked to the Megan drama. Still not clear on how exactly he is involved though.

Stephanie brought Seth to Megan and Aaron’s house years ago with Ali when the two chick were still cool. Megan and Seth were never actually friends just one time acquaintances.

If you take a look at the cease and desist letters that she sent to Cary and eesh, the wording and layout is very similar to the triad contract. I remember the cease and desist letter she sent to Aaron was leaked here too, but can't recall what page it may be on. Pretty certain Megan created the contract, and got Josh and Janine to sign.
It's funny that the contract states that they won't badmouth or publically attack each other if problems arise. So much for that! Lol
