There is an important aspect missing from that observation. Namely that the crazy people have a penchant for dragging innocent victims into their shitshow.

Stephanie's friends and family alerted her that someone named Megan was sending them links to her nudes. It happened.

Megan will not (and can not) heed that advice and "work it out quietly" because Megan literally lives for drama. The calls and visits to courts and social service agencies are what Megan's life revolves around -- when she's not taking selfies of her cleavage, doctoring the photos, and posting them online. The need for interpersonal conflict is deeply ingrained in her personality and it will never change. Megan will be constantly squabbling and fighting with the various fathers of her offspring at least until they reach adulthood.

Josh is the only one committing adultery. Janine is very mentally unstable and only pretending to care about Josh as a form of revenge against Megan. Josh is to easily manipulated and gulliable to see but time will tell.

That custody hearing is guaranteed to be a hoot.
