Obama judge rules Rachel Maddow not news to protect her

She was sued for defamation because her show is all lies all the time. The Obama judge covers for her saying her audience already knows everything she says is a lie and her show is not news.

That's the new libtarded defense? Americans can't sue you because you're not news and everything you say is completely manufactured and a lie?

There's no difference between CNN, MSNBC, and SNL.

You are behind the times. The preliminary decision was handed down in February, around the same time that Maddow was awarded over $250,000 in attorneys fees. The basis of the ruling was the judge's determination that Maddow's statements were opinions, not facts. You know what Fox News broadcasters do on a daily basis.

The underlying facts are not in dispute. OAN shared a news reporter with Sputnik, a Kremlin backed news site. An Article in the Daily Beast reported this. Maddow in discussing the Daily Beast article said OAN was Russian propaganda.
