Hey mom: what happened is your son had a warrant for his arrest, he got pulled over for what I think is pretty minor driving offense, he gets handcuffed, then he turns into a savage nigger that causes the police to act quickly during a potentially bad situation with your son trying to drive off, then a female cop pulls what she thought is her taser and she pulls the trigger.
Your son could have avoided the whole thing by 1. not getting a warrant for his arrest and 2. by not trying to escape

I would add, don't drive a car that doesn't have current registration, insurance, and license plates, working lights, and don't drive any car without a valid driver's license.
