I heard something about a pre-dawn raid to seize all of his electronics and take him into custody for felony charges.

William Moreno moved back to Richmond and has taken up his old habit of stalking and trespassing in eesh's backyard. William is obsessed with eesh and tries to peer in his window and get his attention. Eesh himself calls the police, who do respond to his address, but the fat little limping garden gnome has so far eluded capture.
And back in Sterling, William's kiddie porn has gotten him in trouble with the police.
