Whom would you all say is the Liberal counterpart to Rush? I know the meme is 'The Whole Liberal Media' but what individual? Would it be Olberman? Franken was very outspoken in print and to his credit has run and won a seat on the Senate. Why not really have Limbaugh put his hat in the ring?

I would like to see it. Same with O'Rielley.

It's easy to stand on the outside and throw rocks and insults. Limbaugh doesn't have the fucking brains or stamina to run for political office.

Well, the counterpart to Rush Limbaugh is Barack Obama....the President. Who actually does things and who is actually responsible.

When you think about it in those terms, it gives you an idea of just how bad off the GOP is.

I don't really see anyone that compares to the seething anger that is the right wing political pundits (Beck, Limbaugh, O'reilley, Coulter, etc). Even when Alan Colmes was at his best, he really wasn't a match. I think Rahm Emanuel has it in him. I can see Pelosi pulling it off.

The reason there isn't a liberal counterpart is because liberals are actually doing things to change the world. Limbaugh, Beck, O'Reilly and Hannity were ALL FAILURES in life before hitting it lucky in broadcasting. None of these guys could cut it in the real world. None of them have the meddle of Obama or, hell, George W. Bush. They are a bunch of loud-mouthed failures who have nothing on their resumes to qualify them to run a fucking McDonald's, much less the country.
