Hero Joe set to visit Houston on Friday

Biden is scheduled to visit Houston on Friday. Houston was crippled by record cold weather and a vicous winter storm that caused power outages, broken pipes, flooding and no running drinking water for many residents. Biden's handler's determined that it was just too cold for old Joe to visit during the height of the disaster; and even if Joe did go he would be too feeble to even hand out 2 or 3 rolls of paper towels. As a group, Biden's handlers made the excecutive decision to send Joe to Houston when the weather warmed up and Joe would not have to deal with, actually volunteering to help, during the height of the disaster.

Joe also needs to have his special diet brought in and all of his geriatric necessities.
